You will receive the final price quote from our end via email including VAT. It will be sent to you in response of your submitted order form. Once we accept your order form through an email confirmation, at the same time our email will restate details of your purchase, agreed deadline, and the final price to be paid.

Work Terms
All the work provided by The Tutor Help is prepared and altered as per your request and specific needs. All delivery dates fixed are estimated only and practical endeavors are also used from our end to finalize a submission date for your work delivery. From the moment any work is requested to us by you, it is at your risk. We fix the delivery date on mutual terms.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
The delivery is solely done online via internet medium, so you acknowledge the risks associated with it. All the work that we deliver is via mails and no hard copy submission is involved.
We agree to deliver your papers on time finalized by us. If we fail to so then, you will be notified via mail. We would either request you to modify the delivery date or we will refund your money as per the payment & refund policies. We may also deliver your work in installments in case the complete work is not ready for submission.
If you neglect any of these terms are they are not followed by you, so we will not be liable to answer for any charges, costs or losses suffered or continued by you. Therefore it is advised to have a good look at our terms & conditions, so that we are on the same page.
Payment Terms & Conditions
No work will begin until and unless we receive a part payment from your end. Once, the final payment is made by you, then only we will deliver you the complete work.
We are not liable to answer for any extra charges cut down by your bank during the online transaction. You can make the payment via any specified means. It can be done via debit/credit cards or via PayPal. In case we owe you any reimbursements, it will be done within 30 days from the date of promise made by us.
Duties, Taxes and Import restrictions
We have no idea of the laws in other countries, so you are solely responsible for buying “services” that you can lawfully import, and also for the payment of any kind of taxes or import duties charged in the country that you reside in.
Inevitable Accident Terms
We are not liable to answer for any losses that occur due to any uncertain or inevitable accidents happening after work delivery from our end and accidents which are beyond our control. It includes, system shutdown, network failure, files crashing, and third party involvement and misdirection.
Dispute Tenacity
